Embodied Leadership in Service of
Future Generations
With time and experience, my work has naturally evolved into a form of embodied leadership— one oriented toward responsibility for the world we are leaving behind.
In some traditions, this posture is called eldership — not a status linked to age, but a living function: the capacity to hold an inner axis, to bridge worlds, and to ensure that the decisions made today do not compromise the living world of tomorrow.
For me, eldership expresses itself as embodied wisdom within spaces of decision-making. It is the ability to widen perspective, to listen beyond the immediate, and to act with discernment in complex contexts.
It is from this orientation that I engage alongside organizations, leaders, and governance bodies, in service of future generations.

At the Heart of Business, in Relationship with Life
For over thirty-five years, I have worked to foster positive environmental and social impact within companies, in close collaboration with executive leadership and governance bodies.
My expertise spans environmental and social sustainability, business ethics, and governance, with particular attention to the long-term consequences of strategic decisions and their impact on future generations.
What guides me is not ideology, but lived experience:
supporting organizations in embracing their responsibilities not as a matter of compliance, but as a question of coherence between vision, decisions, and real-world impact.
In parallel, I am engaged with NiceFuture, an organization that supports Indigenous peoples in protecting their territories, biodiversity, and living knowledge.
NiceFuture organises gatherings such as Guardians of the Earth and supports projects led directly within Indigenous territories.
This living connection with Indigenous wisdom deeply informs my posture in the corporate world.
It reminds us that every human decision exists within a larger ecosystem, and that other forms of responsibility, governance, and transmission — tested over millennia — already exist.
It is from this dual experience — business and connexion with Life — that I hold my axis and contribute today.
