ACTIVE DREAMING
What is Active Dreaming?
Active Dreaming is a path of conscious relationship with the world of dreams and the imaginal realm.
Present in many ancient, shamanic, and mystical traditions, dreams are recognised as spaces of guidance, vision, and dialogue with the unseen.
Active Dreaming is based on the understanding that the dream does not end when we wake up.
It continues into waking life and can be listened to, revisited, and honored to illuminate our choices, our life passages, and the way we inhabit the world.
Through drum journeys, it becomes possible to re-enter a dream — or a shared dream space — by consciously crossing a threshold that is intentionally chosen and opened.
By paying attention to dreams, whether personal or collective, we reconnect with a larger dream field — a living web of meaning, guidance, and vision for both individual and collective life.
Active Dreaming also invites us to move from dream to action.
The guidance received is not meant to remain at the level of symbol or mental understanding, but to be honoured through action — even simple gestures — in waking life.
The more dreams are listened to, welcomed, and brought into movement in everyday reality, the more the dialogue with the unseen continues and deepens.

My Way of Transmitting
My relationship with dreams goes back a long way.
I grew up in a family environment where dreams were shared and listened to as meaningful messengers — a practice that continued to nourish my path into adulthood.
I trained and became certified in Active Dreaming with Robert Moss, whose approach invites dialogue with dreams without imposed interpretation, honouring each person’s experience and sovereignty.
My work is also nourished by living shamanic traditions, particularly through my connection with indigenous people in the Rain Forest, where dreaming is understood as a space of vision and guidance for collective life.
Today, I transmit Active Dreaming as a relational and embodied practice.
The drum supports the journey into the dream and the revisiting of dreams — personal or collective — within a held and safe container.
I tend to the dream field that weaves itself within the circles — a living space of connection, where each person is invited to receive their own guidance.
Even when a dream is personal, the guidance it carries can nourish the collective — which is why dreams are shared and honored in circle.

Ways to Practice
Dreaming Circles
Circles to share and explore dreams within a safe, respectful, and non-interpretive space.
Dreams are revisited allowing guidance to emerge, while honouring each person’s experience and sovereignty.
The circle becomes a field of resonance, where personal dreams can nourish the collective, and where a shared dream field is woven within the group.
Collective Dreaming
Spaces dedicated to exploring a shared dream or collective vision.
Through drum journeys, imaginal exploration, and conscious presence, the group enters into relationship with a question, a project, or a life transition — allowing shared guidance to arise.
These circles are especially supportive for groups, projects, or purpose-driven initiatives seeking to sense what is wanting to emerge or take direction.
Individual Session
A one-to-one space to enter into dialogue with the dream world.
Working with night dreams, waking dreams, or a clear intention, the session allows you to revisit a dream, refine guidance, and support a life transition.
The dream becomes a living ally in service of clarity, orientation, and embodied integration.
